The hosted version (Creator/Studio plans) requires zero technical skills — you use a web dashboard. The self-hosted version requires Python basics. Either way, a working YouTube channel and a creative idea are all you need.

Yes. The tools used (Edge TTS, MusicGen, HuggingFace models) all produce content you can use commercially. YouTube channel monetization eligibility depends on your channel's subscriber count and watch hours — AutoEpisode helps you produce the content, you manage your channel's monetization status.
How long does an episode take to generate? ▾
Approximately 30–60 minutes for a full 10-15 minute episode, depending on your hardware and HuggingFace queue times. The pipeline is fully automated and checkpointed — if it stops mid-run, it resumes exactly where it left off.
What video quality can I expect? ▾
Episodes are exported in 1080p with color-graded video, neural voice acting, subtitles, and scene-matched music. The visual quality is comparable to mid-tier AI art channels that currently get millions of views on YouTube.
